- Managed a group of IBM Consultans and Internal staff for 2 end to end projects with budgets of $24M and $13M
- Planned and Organized all Y2K conversions and migrations to SAP for MM/PP, FI/CO, SD and PM.
- Interviewed and hired new internal staff and apprved all IBM consultants
- Reduced overall IT costs from $14M annualy to $9M annually
