2. SAP PM for a Global HR Project in India and Europe

My Time with Convergys

1. Senior Director of SAP Shared Services managing 200+ global SAP professionals
2. Senior Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting publc and commercial clients.
3. SAP Program Manager for pubic and commercial sector clients.

My time with Anderson (AKA Accenture today)

1. Consistently exceeded revenue targets and P&L goals
2. Managed technical groups as small as 3 and as large as 24
3. Managed 4 Projects end to end with NO issues at go-live and on budget
4. Promoted from Manager to Senior Manager to Associate Partner in less than 11 months

My Time with Century Furnitue as their VP/CIO

1. Managed a group of IBM Consultans and Internal staff for 2 end to end projects with budgets of $24M and $13M
2. Planned and Organized all Y2K conversions and migrations to SAP for MM/PP, FI/CO, SD and PM.
3. Interviewed and hired new internal staff and apprved all IBM consultants
4. Reduced overall IT costs from $14M annualy to $9M annually

My time with K Hovnainian as the VP/CIO (Interim)

1. Managed a group of internal SAP consultants for a project that was in dire need of leadership.
2. Planned and Organized a SAP Project turnaround straetgy
3. Negotiated new sap contracts and saved $1.3M annually

My time as a Indepdent Consultant and Owner of GM James and Associates LLC

1. Managed a CPG project from end to end and saved over $400K in consulting fees.
2. Managed a group of consultants working on the Navy SAP Project and won new business contracts worth $1.3M annually.
3. Managed a project for ACS that was initially lost to competitors and delivered on time and on budget.
